Coming from a musically inclined household and her educational background in fashion design, Teakyz vocation as an artist developed naturally. Finding inspiration through her interests in exploring diverse cultural experiences in forms of travelling, food, the arts, literature and spirituality, all of which enrich and inform her holistic approach to creativity.

Self-love, wellbeing, mental health advocacy & community have been the driving forces of Teakyzs’ career. During lockdown she founded ‘Bless Times Club’ which provides a safe and inclusive space & events for local creatives, entrepreneurs, and arts enthusiasts to connect through music, unwind, and share experiences in efforts towards communal healing, expression and personal development.
